During the registration process you will be asked to provide information about:
- the arrival and departure date and hour
- any dietary constraint.
You will asked to send a short CV sketch pointing out your background and your research activities. Participation to the school is subject to the approval of the organizing committee.
AFTER APRIL 30
The organizing committee will arrange one transfer from/to the airport of Venice (VCE) and Treviso (TSF).
The booking at the Hotel is in charge of the school secretariat.
The Fee includes:
- Accommodation in single or double room full board (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
- Coffee breaks
- Gala Dinner
- Free access to the Hotel Wellness Center
- Free Wi-Fi
- Guided tours
- The Airport Transfer (from/to the airport of Venice (VCE) and Treviso (TSF) on Sunday June 18 and Thursday 22)
The Fee does not include:
- Any other travel costs not expresses mentioned
- Extra drinks
- Special SPA Treatments
After registration you will receive an email with the confirmation of your participation and all details about bank transfer. Payment is due at the moment of acceptance to the school.
In case of booking withdrawal, you have to communicate immediately to the school secretariat your cancellation.
- Cancellation received before 30th April will be refunded.
- Cancellation received before 31th of May will be 50% refunded.
- Cancellation after 31th of May will be not refunded.
